Tri away from home ? Checklists for the Bewildered. 

Top Tips :              Don’t do anything you haven’t already done in training & no new kit on the day.                               

If it’s an“A” priority race get any major bike servicing done approx 4-5 weeks ahead.  Renew your bike’s cycle computer batteries if you rely on it. Test everything on the bike with a 5-10k cycle the day before.                     Put the bike in the gear you want to start in when you rack it
