We now have a new champion - Eamonn -after cycling down with Andy & Kevin from Lochgilphead into a head wind and meeting up with, Brian, Peter and Matt at the bottom....he was clearly feeling a bit grumpy as he then destroyed the field charging to the summit in an awesome time of 27:46!

Thanks to Rosemary and Brenda for braving the atrocious conditions and recording the time at the top and to Hazel M, Kirsty, Hazel W and Simone for cheering all the racers on as they walked to the top and the bottom.

Spooky Things going on! - 31/10/09

Halloween saw club members getting into the "spirit" (good pun hey!). At Masters swimming on Saturday Simone led a fancy dress ghoulish games session, which saw witches mixing with cats, cross dressers and that bloke form the chain saw massacare (Eamonn).

Followed by that night basked in the light of the full moon and perfrect haunting conditions - a variety of similalrly attired MTB stalwarts did a loop from Dunadry on Joe's famous Halloween bike ride...finishing with mulled wine and sausage rolls.Smile

Spooky photos of both event will mysteriously appear in the gallery shortly under the Tri anything section.....Photos of the Bike ride now posted!!!!!...some scary bikers appearing out of the dark!
