Cycling Training Diary

Have been badgering Eamonn for ages to pass on his wisdom re cycling training (and for that matter running and other training as I am sure he has greater potential as a triathlete ;) )

He relented and left me last week copies of his training diary and a copy of relevant pages from "Bordnamona - Book of Cycling" & I have zeroed in on the Development Training section which states -
"If carried out properly can have very good results in improving time trial abilities and stamina"

So for reference I attach below some samples of Eamonn's training Diary over the last 3 months...well impressive and focused 8-)
