Yes the opportunity to begin the process of moving from christmans couch athlete, cyclist, traithlete to lean mean racing machine for 2010 so you ca achieve your goals.........hey have you seen Portban Tims "SMART" performance objectives - 10% for bike- sub 30 min - 10% for swim 8:15 swim for 500m and 6% run etc - gauntlet well and truly thrown down........
Open to both teams and individuals - its basically a short fast blast:
Run 1 - 1.82 miles (2 laps)
Bike - 2.5 miles (ish) - Mountain Bike - first 7 last 1/2 mile on road
Run 2 - 0.91 miles

Note this is a club fun training event... you just turn up and have a go at your own risk etc.....Age limits - Secondary school age for bike leg to 100+
